A Milestone of 35 Years: Celebrating Honor with Every Sip!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the 3:15 PM headquarters to celebrate our 35th Anniversary! The energy in the office was incredible, and we were honored to share the "Oscar of the Tea World" with you.
From a traditional tea-farming family to a global award winner, our mission remains the same: to share Taiwan’s "New Tea Culture" with the world. Founder Justin Chu envisions a future where tea is not just a drink, but a lifestyle of Sustainability, Health, and Heritage. The aroma of our land. The depth of our time. A Dialogue Between Time and Tea: Celebrating 35 Years of Craftsmanship.
To honor our 35th Anniversary, Shih Chen Industrial hosted an exclusive sensory journey—the "Timeless Rarity: 35 Years of Heritage Tea Ceremony." Guided by professional tea master Jou-An Chang-Chien, guests were invited to explore the profound resonance between time and tea leaves.
The ceremony featured two legendary brews that bridge the past and the present:
-
The Golden Modernity: Timeless Craft – Wild Arbor Ruby Black Tea. A 2026 Gold Winner at The Leafies (UK), this tea captures the spirit of sustainability with its delicate minty notes and earthy mineral undertones.
-
The Liquid History: 35-Year-Aged High Mountain Tea. Harvested in 1991, this rare vintage has undergone three decades of natural transformation, revealing a deep, mellow "Chen" (aged) aroma and a lingering sweetness that only time can forge.
From traditional techniques to modern global recognition, these two teas symbolize our 35-year journey of dedication to Taiwanese tea culture.✨
