Located in the famous Chinese Zodiac Sign area, Yangziwan is dubbed “the best tea plantation” in Shanlinshi, where mist and sunlight are perfectly gathered.

It stands 1500 meters high up the mountain, and weather there is cool all year round. Additionally, the temperature can drop dramatically at night, which leads to a slow growth of tea leaves.

The unique condition has shaped Yangziwan oolong tea into a high-quality brew that flavorful undertone of sweetness stands out without bitterness.

USE DIRECTIONS:

(1) Warm pot: Warm teapot by hot water and pour out.
(2) Tea amount: Add 5g tea leaves
(3) Infusion: Pour boiling water 150 c.c.
(4) Steeping: The 1st infusion for 60 sec. The 2nd infusion for 50 sec. From the 37 infusion, increase 10 sec for each infusion and so on. Re-steeped for 5 infusions.

※ Recommend: After pouring out tea soup from the 3rd infusion, make the lid of teapot open and not to airtight the tea to avoid theophylline.
